Quest Prahran has 40 town house-style, one, two and three bedroom apartments offering spacious well equipped and serviced accommodation. All two and three bedroom apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, separate lounge and dining area, air conditioning, flat screen televisions and the majority of apartments have private balconies.

Most Sport Lived customers stay in 3 bedroom apartments, where 6 people will stay. All of the apartments we rent have two single beds in each bedroom.

Sport Lived apartments also benefit from an additional large fridge, a pantry, in cupboard storage and bedside cabinets, laundry baskets and shoe racks.
Sport Lived apartments are usually serviced on Tuesday and Friday. You will need to vacate your apartment whilst it is serviced.
*Although towels are provided, we recommend you take extra towels for the beach or to use after sports
On Arrival
A Registration Document and Welcome Letter are given to all guests on arrival.
The Registration document details Conditions of Stay. Everyone is responsible for the behaviour and cleanliness of the whole apartment.
Quest has a no party policy and noise levels need to be kept to a minimum after 9.00pm.
Guests are responsible for damages caused and will be responsible for any associated repair costs incurred. This includes damages caused by balls and cricket bats etc. used inside the apartment. Guests are also responsible for any additional cleaning costs incurred during, or at the end of their stay.
A bond of $300 is payable on arrival to cover any such costs which will be repaid (minus any deductions) seven working days after the programme end date.

Reception/Security
There is an on-site reception that is staffed during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7.30am - 9.30pm
- Saturday: 8.00am - Midnight
- Sunday: 8.00am - 9.00pm
Outside these hours, the gates to the property are locked and can only be accessed by use of keys issued to guests. The resident manager can be contacted by dialling 9 from the apartment or using the security phone at reception.

Quest Prahran is conveniently located within walking distance to Chapel Street, Prahran Market, Supermarkets, and The Alfred Hospital. With public transport at the doorstep it is a short trip by tram or train to Melbourne CBD and most of Melbourne’s major attractions.
There are a number of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the vicinity. Aldi is 4 minutes walk and Coles and Woolworth are all within 7 minutes walk, open until midnight and can home deliver via orders placed online. Prahran Market is just 150m away.
