Arrival Information

If you arrive on the start date of your programme you will be met at the airport upon arrival in Australia by your Coordinator who will take you to your accommodation. Our Coordinators arrange transfers between 06.30 and 22.30, but bear in mind it can take one hour to clear immigration, customs and quarantine. If for any reason our Coordinator can not be there they will have arranged a pre-paid taxi for you. If you cannot find your Coordinator or your taxi please telephone them on the number provided in your arrival arrangement and useful information document.

In the case of an emergency please get a taxi direct to your accommodation and keep the receipt.

If your Coordinator has not met you at the airport, they will come and visit you within the first 48 hours of your programme. Your Coordinator will act as your main point of contact during your stay. Your Coordinator will help you to get settled in Australia and get to know the local area. They will also help you to get to your sports club or coaching placement on public transport.
