Photo & Video Upload Terms & Conditions
Voucher reward: Upload 10 qualifying photos and/or video clips from your Sport Lived programme and you’ll receive a voucher reward as a thank you. The current voucher value and brand options are displayed on the Sport Lived upload page. Full details in section 4 below.
1. Permission and Ownership
By submitting content you confirm that:
You are the creator and legal copyright holder of the photo(s) and/or video(s), or you have full permission from the copyright holder to share the content.
You have the consent of all individuals who are identifiable or audible in the content to share their image and/or voice publicly and for promotional use by Sport Lived.
The content was captured during your time in Australia and you are a current or former Sport Lived customer.
2. Licence to Use
By submitting your content, you grant Sport Lived a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable licence to:
Use, edit, repost, publish, and distribute the photo(s) and/or video(s) - including excerpts, edits, and still images taken from video - across any Sport Lived marketing platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, email newsletters, and the Sport Lived website.
Use the content in promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and digital or print media, with or without credit.
3. Attribution
Where possible and appropriate, Sport Lived will credit you as the creator by tagging your social media handle or name. However, Sport Lived is not obligated to provide attribution, and your permission is granted regardless of whether credit is given.
Providing your Instagram handle on the upload form is entirely optional. It is used solely to
tag you when your content is shared on Sport Lived’s social media. Choosing not to provide your
handle does not affect your eligibility for the voucher reward.
4. Voucher Reward
In place of financial compensation, customers who upload a minimum of 10 qualifying items (photos and/or video clips) from their Sport Lived programme will receive a voucher reward. The current voucher value and choice of brand are displayed on the Sport Lived upload page at the time of submission.
Qualifying submission are defined as: original photos or video clips captured by the customer during their Sport Lived programme, of reasonable image quality, not duplicates or near-identical shots, and relevant to the Sport Lived programme experience. Any combination of 10 or more photos and/or video clips qualifies.
Content must be uploaded via the Dropbox link sent to you by Sport Lived after you have completed the submission form, and must relate to your Sport Lived programme experience.
The voucher will be issued to your nominated email address within 14 days of your 10th qualifying upload being approved.
Each participant is eligible for one voucher reward. Duplicate accounts or submissions will be disqualified.
Sport Lived reserves the right to amend the voucher reward, including the value and choice of brand, at any time. The current reward details will always be displayed on the Sport Lived upload page. Any such changes will not affect submissions already approved at the time of the amendment.
Sport Lived reserves the right to close the upload scheme at any time. Eligible submissions received before the closing date will still be processed.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Content Standards
Sport Lived reserves the right to reject any submitted content that:
contains offensive, obscene, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate content;
features identifiable or audible individuals who have not consented to their image or voice being shared publicly;
features identifiable minors without verified parental or guardian consent;
contain third-party copyrighted material (logos, artwork, broadcast footage, music or soundtracks etc) without permission; or
is otherwise unsuitable for use in Sport Lived’s marketing materials.
Rejection of photos under this clause does not automatically disqualify a participant from the voucher reward, provided the remaining submissions meet the qualifying criteria in section 4.
6. Right to Remove
If at any time you wish Sport Lived to stop using your content, you may contact us at info@sportlived.co.uk. While Sport Lived will make reasonable efforts to remove your content from future use, previously printed or published materials may not be able to be recalled.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sport Lived from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of your submitted content, including claims related to copyright infringement or lack of consent.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
By submitting the upload form, you consent to Sport Lived collecting and processing your personal data (including your name, email address and, where provided, your Instagram handle) for the purpose of administering the upload scheme, issuing your voucher reward, and crediting you on social media where applicable.
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfil the voucher reward (for example, with the relevant voucher provider). Data will be retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes
arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of England and Wales.
